FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS COMBINED WITH OILS
Improving your health by choosing a healthier lifestyle is an option that will not make changes overnight, but there is no reason not to change and move on to a better lifestyle as soon as possible. The steps to health vary personally and depend on people, taking into account the weight, health, amount of calories consumed, age, sex, lifestyle, stress level, routine.
The food we eat is like a car fuel. If the food is balanced and healthy, our body will work well, but if we put food in the body that is not right for the body, then the body functions are weakened – as if in the car that goes to diesel, normal gas is spent – The car it’s broken and it’s gone. So our body also responds to the wrong food with various problems.
For better and stronger health, we recommend eating six weeks on the principle of vegan.
Vegan food is food without all animal proteins, without meat, milk, eggs, dairy products like cheese, curd, cream, but also without alcohol.
An adult body does not require animal protein. Protein heated to temperatures above 40 ° C coagulates and becomes dead protein that breaks down into dead amino acids that our body can not absorb into the cells. In the dissolution of proteins there are acids that cause high temperatures in the body and cause acidity in the body.
In addition, the body in the breakdown of proteins actually produces alcohol – in our digestion of body protein, alcoholic fermentation occurs. Do you know that story of a person who has never drunk alcohol, but has exceeded the limit for alcohol testing? Alcohol was created in the body because of the food that this person has eaten. The person did not pay the fee because he was able to prove in court that the food we eat causes alcohol in the body.
What is healthy food, what should we eat?
Our body is liquid, so our food should be as fluid as possible – food on the spoon. This means that we have to eat several vegetable soups, minestrines, etc. We also enjoy cereals (millet, buckwheat, barley, oats, rye,…) and pasta. We can prepar several empanadas without eggs and milk, especially cakes, packets, jams. When choosing food, we have to enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables. If we have the opportunity, we buy organic food.
We eat and drink hot drinks so that the body does not lose energy when heating food or drinks. Even in the summer we try to consume hot drinks and meals. Energy is heat. When we do not have energy, we have a lack of heat.
Be realistic. It is important to be precise in your goals. Being able to concentrate and have the right mindset will enable you to get healthy and lose a few pounds. With a little discipline and the right mindset: a person who does not want to have a diet – but to change the lifestyle, do not be discouraged and lose sight of your goals.
Check your diary and report a week in which you have a break from events that could outweigh your detoxification, such as weddings, birthdays or special events. Some people may experience a “cleansing” reaction in the early days of detoxification, including headaches, upset stomach or loose bowel movements. This is due to the sudden withdrawal of some foods, as well as to the stimulation of the detoxifying organs. These symptoms should despair within 48 hours.
1. Lemon juice every morning: this is an oldie, but a benefit to start digestion and clean the system. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a cup of hot water. Drink first in the morning – before breakfast.
2.Exercise 15 – 30 minutes per day
Exercise is the key to a healthy lifestyle. Go to the gym from time to time, or if you do it every day. Take a walk. Also bringing your dog for a walk can do you good. If you usually do it for an hour, it can be good if it is a moderately demanding task. Regular exercise every day helps strengthen your immune system and helps prevent diseases related to a sedentary lifestyle, such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. It also helps to improve mental health and prevent depression.
Do not abuse your body. Do not exercise too much because your body may not function properly when you train. Leave a couple of days between workouts to recover energy.
3. EAT slowly. The body does not immediately make you realize that you are eating so it is easy to eat more than you need if you eat too fast. Look for “eat slowly” on the Internet and you will find that your brain needs about 20 minutes to record the satiety signal. If you eat fast, you will eat more and, as long as you exceed the needs of your body, you will still be hungry.
4. Chewing: Try to chew each bite of food 5 to 10 times before swallowing. Bringing awareness to food improves digestion, allowing you to feel a sense of fullness without having to eat too much.
5. Sleeping 8 HOURS PER DAY. An advice that may seem despicable and trivial, but it is not.
6. DRINK WATER . “Drink at least 2 liters of water per day” is a recommendation we often hear.
7. LOVE MORE. Laughter is good for the spirit but also for the body and especially for the brain.
8. DEDICATING A DAY TO YOUR FAMILY. Sometimes to be happy is enough to spend a little more time with people we love and that we can neglect for work or other reasons. Always remember the really “precious” things we have.
Do not eat:
– milk and dairy products: yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese
– white and brown sugar
– sweeteners (honey, ..)
– animal proteins (meat and sausages)
Amount of Food: To achieve optimal results, it is preferable to decrease the amount of food in a half of normal.
How to start a healthy day?
When we get up, we drink 1-2 dcl of hot water to flush the accumulated toxins overnight. After 30 minutes, we drink the juice of a lemon – pure juice, without additives, and after 15-30 minutes we can drink fresh juice of cucumbers or green peppers (this juice is an excellent cleaner of toxins of the body during therapy with oils ).
VEGETABLES: Better if are cooked. You can eat frozen vegetables. They are allowed: cabbage, peppers, cabbage, leek, parsley, turnip greens, turnip, zucchini, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, pumpkin, cauliflower, onion, shallot, canola, carrots, chives, radishes, potatoes – all types, because they contain potassium and remove acid, also olives and legumes.
Spinach is not easily digestible and therefore it is better to eat beets.
MEAT: It is advised not to eat any type of meat in the first 2 months of therapy. Then once every 7 days. Those who can not give up can eat raw ham, blood steak, horse meat, rabbit (wild), .. However, turkey and chicken meat are avoided because they contain too many hormones that are an ingredient in these animals to make them grow faster and make them bigger.
FISH: It is advised not to eat any type of fish during the first months of therapy with oils. So white fish is advisable. Avoid fried fish.
SALT: Salt is very important. In the diet, we use an unrefined natural salt, preferably sea salt and also Himalayan salt. During cooking, always add in cold water, add vegetables, pasta, wheat and then bake. It is advisable to drink salt water, at least 1 liter per day – in 1 liter of water put 1 tablespoon of salt and merge.
Water is recommended before each meal for at least 2dcl.
Never put salt in food when the food is hot, if we need to add a little salt, we do it with cold water in which we mix the salt.
FATS: Use of FATS: only cold and unrefined oils are used. Each cold pressed vegetable oil contains “good fats” – omega 3, 6 and 9, and there is no need to buy a variety of preparations sold for this purpose. When we buy oils, we should always look at the label, if it is written in the oil that is not refined, and then CHECK if it is made from roasted seeds, these are superheated and poisonous fats for the body (check this especially with pumpkin oil). All overheated oils are poisons for the body. In addition, refined oils.
GHEE BUTTER: Ghee is a clarified butter produced by common unleavened butter, after being slowly heated to remove the aqueous part, proteins and lactose. It is rich in saturated fatty acids. Many are short chains, which normally the body absorbs quickly for energy purposes and therefore they are not stored.
Easy absorption and digestion.
CHEESE: The only permit is parmesan cheese and fresh cheese. But in small quantities!
CEREALS, CARBOHYDRATES: barley, oatmeal, buckwheat, millet, spelled, cous-cous, pasta (not more than 100g), rice, polenta, all products containing cereals.
FRUIT: Seasonal and better if cooked.
Do not eat: fruit that does not grow in your country where you live.
SWEETS: homemade cakes! Healthy and sugar free desserts with coconut oil: low glycemic index and no refined flour. You have many recipes of non-dairy cakes, with no white flour, eggs and no palm oil.
NUTS, SEEDS AND DRIED FRUIT: hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, sultanas, pistachios, pine nuts; Peanuts are not recommended. Do not eat candied fruits or even nuts (little, chew for a long time).
SOUPS: Vegetables. It is advisable to cook the vegetables in a little water (salt cold water and not in hot food). Do not use cubes (glutamate). Soup of vegetables, grated with cereals or potatoes; must be sufficiently salty.
SALADS: They are difficult to digest, so do not exaggerate with the salads. Excellent seasonal salad like radicchio, rocket salad, valerian … Extra virgin olive oil, pepper and lemon are used to make them. After a while you can also use vinegar of apple or wine.
– It is allowed to use the pasta for lasagna, tarts, strudel…and it is allowed to eat sprouts or seaweed and even tortillas
– you can use all the aromas and spices, not overdone with the spicy ones (pounds, curry, pepper, hot chili …)
– Avoid roasted, fried or breaded foods
– Fresh juices. Apple juice is kept in the mouth for a while, so it binds with saliva and does not create acid.
DRINK: coffee (1-2 times a day, sweetened with fructose), tea (not fruit, but with herbs and fructose).
Our bodies are not made for genetically modified foods. Enjoying of processed foods almost certainly leaves irreversible damage to our health, but with such food, we are surrounded at every step. Our best defense is knowledge, so we know how to choose the right and least harmful food for our health. This not only affects our health, but also the health of our future generations.
Commitment. It is not easy to move from sedentary people to a healthy lifestyle. Do not be discouraged if you eat some ice cream or hamburger.
Have fun. Do not stress too much. Have fun! Stress can harden your muscles and make you unhappy. If you worry too much about your health, it will be worse… so relax.
Health is something that is built day to day with a proper lifestyle that includes healthy eating, but also physical activity and a good amount of positive thinking.
