Secret is in the belly button
It’s commonly believed, especially among Western doctors, that the belly button is just a scar, left over from birth. The majority of Western medicine practitioners state that the belly button is not connected to anything. This is incorrect. The belly button, also known as the navel or umbilicus, is in fact connected to other parts of the body. The umbilical chord connects the fetus to the mother during it’s development in the womb. One vein and two arteries run through the umbilical chord, sending and receiving oxygenated blood and deoxygenated blood from the developing fetus. It’s well known that the navel is created when a baby’s umbilical chord is cut shortly after birth. After the umbilical chord stump falls off, the baby is left with a belly button. It’s believed that after birth, the umbilical chord vessels die off and no longer serve a purpose, leaving the umbilicus unconnected to the rest of the body. However, that is not the case.
The umbilical chord vessels, connecting the inside of the belly button to other parts of the body, remain in-tact after birth. Many articles state that these vessels become constricted and obsolete. They do in fact constrict but they do not become obsolete; they simply remain inactive until needed. Paraumbilical veins connect the inside of the umbilicus to the round ligament of the liver and drain into the hepatic portal vein. These vessels still serve a purpose, as is evident in the case of portal hypertension.
In Eastern culture, the heart is the center of love, the brain of thoughts and the belly botton of life. Too often we underestimate the importance of this part of our body, which instead, as experts assure, if properly stimulated brings great benefits. From here the umbilical therapy is born. This healing technique of Planet of Health, which considers the belly bottom the center of nervousness of the emotions and body energy leads to getting in touch with the true essence of being with its own emotions, blocks or desires.
The umbilical therapy of this point of view also corresponds to the latest enteric brain theories suggested by Columbia University researcher Michael D. Gershon in his best seller The Second Brain, where he explains that there is an autonomous neuronal tissue in the navel:
- 90% of the nerve fiber transmit information from the intestine to the brain, and not vice versa
- here is the starting point of 72,000 nerves
- Hundreds of channels that carry life force throughout the body
- is also lined with cells that produce and receive a variety of neuropeptides and neurochemicals, the same substances, in fact, that were previously thought to be found only in the brains.
- contains 100 million neurons, more of the spine and peripheral nervous system
- It is responsible for the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates the tone of the mood.
Modern medicine understands the head-brain to be “command central” – the place from which our entire life receives its marching orders. But there’s another kind of intelligence that’s an equally potent metabolic force, and it’s found in the belly.
Navel is the center of the body, where all its physical processes are made:
- folding the body back and front
- to the right and to the left
- squat: the most important thing
Squat is possible if the body can eject the heat from the body through the navel, in the absence of this, we can not do the squat. Squat is one of the most important functions of the body:
- heat dissipation
- helps to establish the flow in the legs
- generates bile energy
- and the energy of the stomach.
Hiperfunction of the stomach is stopped with squot for half an hour. If you want to increase the energy punt in the belly OIL 11. The oil in the belly button initiates the fast flow of heat from the body and increases of 100% in circulation throughout the body. It starts metabolism, digestion calms down. In diabetic patients starts production of insulin, Glucagon increases. When you create enough insulin, glucagon release, this is the beginning of the metabolism of fats into energy. Spread 3 times a day in the navel. Sandal (oil 11) is diluted with oil 62 (50% – 50%). Diabetes is a lack of glucagon, because with adding insulin the body prevent the creation of glucagon.
How to massage your navel with oils?
Massage your navel by circular movements, first with your thumb and then with the palm of your hand. To improve the effects of massage, you need to free your imagination: keep your eyes closed and concentrate attention on your body, think of your abdomen as a source of energy and heat.
So, do you have the guts to listen to your gut knowing? Are you ready to stop judging your gut, or exercising it into submission just for a moment, and hear its whispers?
And if so, put some oil in it and live the magic to enter.
